Setting up to install misakaX v2.2

1. Back up your iOS / iPadOS device.
2. Install the latest version of python3 before version 1.6 release.
3. Disable Find My on the device to use this tool.
4. You need to extract your MobileGestalt file to use this tool. It can be extracted with the Save MobileGestalt Shortcut.

For macOS: A Mac with macOS 11 or higher

To fix permission issues / “App is Damaged” error on macOS, run:

xattr -c /path/to/misaka.app

For Windows: Windows 10 or newer (+ iTunes)

Use this version of iTunes for misakaX, not the app from Microsoft Store.

misakaX Guide

To enable tweaks with MisakaX after downloading it, follow these steps:

1. Use the Shortcut to retrieve the MobileGestalt file from your iOS device and transfer it to your PC.
2. Launch MisakaX on your PC and connect your device via USB.
3. Select the saved com.apple.MobileGestalt.plist file to activate tweak options.
4. Check the boxes for the tweaks you wish to enable.
5. Click on Apply and wait for the modifications to complete.
6. Reboot your device to finalize the changes.

To undo the tweaks, click on the Regenerate the MobileGestalt (Reset) button.
